Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All products listed (Software, Courses, Templates, Assets) are digital goods. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the products for personal or commercial use as specified in the individual product usage rights.

• You may use the assets in your personal or commercial client projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the source files directly with third parties.
• You may not claim intellectual property rights to the original assets.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• all activities that occur under your account.
• providing accurate and current purchase information.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Taxes

Use of the Service requires payment of fees. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
• Taxes: Paddle automatically calculates and collects applicable sales taxes/VAT based on your location.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account or the link in your purchase email.

6. Refunds
